With his new album “Nora”, which he presents at his Konzerthaus debut, Franco Ambrosetti follows in the footsteps of Charlie Parker and Clifford Brown by being accompanied by a rich string sound. The arrangements were arranged by multiple Grammy award-winner Alan Broadbent. At the concert at the end of January, members of the Vienna Chamber Orchestra will take on the string part of his arrangements. And with bassist Scott Colley and drummer Peter Erskine, congenial musicians from Ambrosetti’s proven rhythm section will also be present.
